*This discount will not be applied to excavation

**Visual plumbing inspections do not include repairs or use of any tools, however if repairs are needed an immediate discount is given.  The 2 year plan includes 1 visual inspection within the 2 years, but the discount for any additional services (excluding excavation) is applied to any service throughout the 2 years.
